Forest School

Outdoor learning in the natural environment

Join our engaging Forest School sessions and holiday club where children explore, learn, and grow surrounded by nature’s beauty in a woodland environment.

Forest School focuses on outdoor learning in the natural environment.

It is a holistic approach to learning that provides time, space and opportunities to:

  • Play
  • Explore
  • Take measured risks
  • Develop confidence and self-esteem
  • Learn and develop new skills
  • Find new interests
  • Deepen understanding and love of the natural world

This is undertaken through practical, hands-on experiences, enabling children to become more independent, self-motivated, resilient, persevering, courageous and considerate – setting them up for life-long learning.
